Business Displays
Commercial displays require a bit more planning and detail when putting together a custom design. We look at your architecture, landscaping and your vision.
Mock Up Render
Our expert lighting team will put together a mock up of the office building with lighting and decorations that has been discussed to get a final approval. This includes, the roofline, trees, shrubs, and pathways. Specialty decor options are the following. Large Wreaths, garlands, banners and branded styles to match your business logo.
Permits and Insurance
Houston Xmas Lighting will abide by any local regulations regarding accruing the right permits to work on certain areas of Houston and surrounding cities. We also carry a commerial GL insurance of One Million Dollars.
Installation
Our expert lighting team will setup a time to perform your installation during the day or at night depending on the business hours. We try our best to minimize any business disruption.
Maintenance and Takedown
Commercial accounts are provided weekly drive by checks to insure your lighting display is working properly. Any issues will be addressed immediately. After the holiday season, our company will carefully take down your entire display. We will store your decorations in a climate controlled storage to extend the life of your holiday lights.
