Contemporary homes often have parapets instead of gutters. We light the parapet edge with clips made for it, so nothing is drilled into the cap.
Modern farmhouse metal
Standing-seam porch roofs get seam clips that grip without screws or adhesive, keeping lines tight along the panels.
Mature street oaks
Large oaks are often the strongest feature on a Bellaire lot. Trunk and limb wraps go on loosely and come off cleanly in January.
Old and new side by side
A one-story original and a new two-story need different plans. We design each house on its own proportions, not a package.
