Wrapping trunks and lower limbs puts light at eye level and makes the trees part of the display instead of a wall in front of it.
Light aimed at your home
The Township standards limit outdoor lighting that spills onto neighbors, so we keep everything pointed at the house and yard, not next door.
Freeze Response Guarantee
If a freeze damages a strand during the season, we are back within 24 to 48 hours to fix it at no charge.
The Woodlands Christmas Lighting Pricing
Woodlands homes are mostly two-story with several roof sections, so we price the roofline by the foot: $6 per foot for warm white C9 LED, with an $800 minimum. Slide to your footage.

The Nine Villages We Serve
The Woodlands is made up of nine villages, each with its own feel. Here is how they tend to differ for holiday lighting.
Grogan's Mill
Where The Woodlands began in 1974. Established homes and some of the tallest trees, so trunk wraps often do more than roofline.
Panther Creek
Older, settled neighborhoods with full canopies, where a lit entry and front trees carry the display.
Cochran's Crossing
A mix of one- and two-story homes with mature landscaping and plenty of shrubs and beds to light.
Indian Springs
Homes tucked into the trees, where pathway lighting and trunk wraps help the house stand out at night.
Alden Bridge
Two-story homes on curving streets, a good fit for a full warm-white roofline plus a lit front tree.
College Park
The northern village around Lone Star College-Montgomery, with newer homes and cleaner rooflines.

One of the smaller villages, with family homes where rooflines and entries are the usual request.
Sterling Ridge
Larger homes and the gated Carlton Woods golf community, where long rooflines, entry columns and big oaks come into play.
Creekside Park
The newest village, south of Spring Creek, including Carlton Woods Creekside. Newer two-story homes with crisp rooflines.

Woodlands Christmas Lighting Services
Rooflines are priced per foot. Trees, entries and everything else are quoted after we see the property, so you choose what gets lit.
Roofline outlines
Warm white or multicolor C9 LED on the roof sections that show from the street, cut to fit. $6 a foot, $800 minimum.
Trunk and canopy wraps
Pines, oaks and magnolias wrapped from the base up through the lower branches for an even, eye-level glow.
Entries and columns
Wrapped columns, lit doorways and garland around the front door, the part guests see up close.
Paths and beds
Lit walkways and mini lights in shrubs and beds to fill in the yard under the trees.
Wreaths and garland
Lit wreaths and garland sized for tall entries, balconies and second-story windows.
Takedown after New Year
