A Display Built to Be Seen From the Water

Towne Lake is built around a private lake of more than 300 acres with roughly 14 miles of shoreline, and a lot of life here happens on the water. Neighbors boat to The Boardwalk for dinner, and many homes face the lake as much as they face the street.

That changes how we design. On a lakefront lot, the back of the house, the dock and the shoreline trees are what boaters and neighbors across the cove see every night. On the interior streets, the community's Hill Country-inspired architecture, with its stone, stucco and metal accents, suits clean warm-white lines that follow the shape of the house.

Every Towne Lake installation is one booking for design, installation, in-season maintenance and takedown. You can preview the design on photos of both the street side and the lake side before committing.

How much does Christmas light installation cost in Towne Lake?

Can you light my dock or boathouse?

Yes. We light dock posts, rails, lifts and boathouse rooflines with outdoor-rated runs that stay clear of the water.

Will the display look good from the lake?

That is what we design for on lakefront lots. Lines are hung level and evenly spaced so they reflect cleanly, and the lake side is planned together with the street side.

Does the Towne Lake HOA allow Christmas lights?

Towne Lake has deed restrictions, and seasonal lighting is generally allowed within them. If your association asks for details, we can share your design preview for you to submit.

Do you serve the rest of Cypress?
